Returns Policy

If you are not completely satisfied with a Nourissh purchase or gift for any reason, Nourissh welcomes you to return new or gently used products for a full refund minus shipping cost to your original method of payment if returned within 30 days of purchase, in most cases. Returns that are made from 31-60 days after purchase are eligible for online credit. In order to complete the return, you must have a proof of purchase.

Please review our return, refund, and exchange policies below for purchases made on Nourissh.shop, purchases of Nourissh items on third-party marketplaces (including, but not limited to, Instagram, Google, YouTube and Facebook). Products must be returned in new or gently used condition. Nourissh monitors return activity for abuse and reserves the right to limit returns or exchanges at Nourissh in all instances. All returns are subject to validation and approval at ProfileNourissh’s discretion. If a return is not approved by Nourissh for any reason, the item may not be returned to you. We may ask you for a driver’s license or government ID to verify your identity.

Nourissh.Shop and Third-Party Marketplaces Purchases

Nourissh.shop purchases and purchases of Nourissh items on third-party marketplace (including, but not limited to, Instagram, Google, YouTube, and Facebook) can be easily returned by mail if you use our pre-paid return shipping label (follow the return procedures described below).  Please allow 30 days for your return to be processed. You will receive an email confirmation once your return has been processed. Your financial institution may take longer to reflect the transaction.

Billing Questions

For your own security and protection, Nourissh.shop will pre-authorize the full amount of your purchase plus applicable sales tax, verify your billing/ shipping address and payment information. Any pre-authorization for failed or canceled orders will drop off your account within 1-7 business days depending on your financial institution. Nourissh.shop will collect payment and post the actual amount of the purchase only when your order is shipped from our warehouse.

The Nourissh charge will be listed on your credit card bill as: Nourissh.shop and the total amount charged.

Order Status & Modifying Orders

Before you place your order, you can view the contents and the total amount in your shopping basket. Once your order is placed, it cannot be modified. If you would like to cancel your order, most orders can be canceled up to an hour after being placed. To check the status of an order, check the Order Details page.

Sales Tax

Profile Nourishment LLC. is registered to collect sales and use taxes in all states which impose such a tax. We do not charge sales tax on shipments to APO, FPO, and DPO addresses.
